I am a teacher. I teach people to reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit.  I believe that we all have a higher power that wants to see us create, excel, and thrive.  By learning how to listen to our higher-power, we can create a joyful life and extend that joy to others.  

Through exercises like yoga, meditation, and gratitude and kindness practices, we can learn to alleviate stress, manage our emotions, and build empathy. These skills make it easier to thrive both at home and at work. When we feel safe to be authentic in all of our roles, we open ourselves up to more creativity, engagement, and joy. 

I worked in the corporate world for over twenty years. Here I had the opportunity to manage teams, create and facilitate workshops, and design first-class user experiences.  As my career progressed, so did my interest in the body-mind connection, mindfulness, and clearing blocks to lead a joyful life.  I am now thrilled to combine my passion for wellness with my knowledge of the corporate world to help individuals thrive in all areas of their lives.

I hold a B.S., M.B.A., and M.S. in Human Factors from Bentley University. I am a 200 RYT certified yoga teacher, meditation teacher, speaker, and writer.  I consider myself a lifelong learner and am always eager to learn about new practices and methods to improve our wellbeing. Though my greatest teachers are my two children, who ensure that I practice what I teach, keep a "beginner's mind" and pursue joy as a first priority.
